You do a short check-in — sleep, energy, mood, fatigue, pain — and the plan responds. Slept badly? The session eases off. Feeling good? It progresses.

Three steps — and the third is what separates Teko from a well-designed spreadsheet.
Goal, time available, equipment you actually have, injuries and restrictions. No endless questionnaire — only what changes your training.
A week built from your profile and your history. You can accept it, ask for another, or build it yourself — the safety checks stay on in all three cases.
The daily check-in adjusts the session. When load climbs too fast or you report pain, Teko reduces, postpones or declines the workout — by fixed rule, not by opinion.
The hard part of a training app isn't suggesting more — it's knowing when to suggest less. Teko carries safety checks that can reduce, postpone or decline a session: load progressing too quickly, training over an area with acute pain, a jump in volume, a routine that has grown too monotonous.
Those decisions are deterministic. They don't depend on artificial intelligence or on a connection — they run on your device, the same way every time, and the app explains why before you accept the plan.
The default mode needs no watch and no chest strap: manual entry, your phone's GPS and perceived effort are enough. And when a number is an estimate — calories, effort, projected pace, body composition — the app says so, instead of faking a precision it doesn't have.
Teko is local-first. Your history is written on your device, in a database encrypted with AES-256 whose key lives in the operating system's keystore. The app works offline.
There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and the app writes no log file. To move to a new phone, you generate an encrypted backup with a password only you know — not even the developer can open it.
Teko Intelligence talks and clarifies in plain language: why today's session is what it is, what that term means, how to read your week. It does not create, change or apply training, load or progression — the Teko engine builds those, always with your approval.
It is optional. If you never open the assistant, no message of yours leaves the device. And some conversations a machine should not have: messages suggesting emotional crisis or disordered eating are not sent to the model — the app answers on the device itself and points to sources of help.
No. The default mode needs no wearable: manual entry, phone GPS and perceived effort. If you use Health Connect, Teko can read steps, sleep, heart rate and other data — read only, and only if you allow it.
No. There is no cloud account, no automatic sync and no remote copy of your history. To take your data to another device, you generate an encrypted backup file and choose where to keep it.
No. Teko is designed for healthy adults who train recreationally. It is not designed for rehabilitation, pregnancy, or the management of cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. In those cases, follow your professional's guidance.
No. There is no meal log, no calorie counting and no food database. The nutrition side is educational: context and guidance by goal, without prescribing anything and without nagging you to log.
Not yet. Today Teko is an Android application.
Inside the app, at three levels: erase only the training history, erase the app's data while keeping the account, or erase everything and the account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no cloud copy to restore from. See the deletion page →
